310S Stainless Steel Pipes

Equivalent to other stainless steel grades, it has another feature: toughness down to cryogenic temperatures.

What are SUS 310S pipes?

SUS 310S The pipes are made from stainless steel constructed from austenitic grades with low carbon suitable for high-temperature use. A stainless steel pipe of 310s has high levels of nickel and chromium, which provide good heat resistance, oxidation resistance as well as corrosion resistance. The lower carbon content can help to reduce the precipitation of carbide during welding, which makes this material suitable for welding pipes. SUS 310S Pipes can typically be utilized in furnace parts, including boilers, burners, and kilns, as well as heat treatment equipment, refineries, chemical plants, power plants, and heat processing equipment. The grade is also known by the name of UNS S31008 Pipes within the UNS system, and DIN 1.4845 Pipes that meet DIN 1.4845 European standards.
